Why one page and not a site with five or six?

Because your visitor decides in one scroll, not in a menu. Extra pages are extra places to get lost and leave. One page keeps the whole argument in order and ends right where they can contact you.

What do I actually have to do?

Just one: fill in the brief (about ten minutes). That is it. Copy, design, colour palette and type, build, domain, hosting, launch and every technical detail afterwards are on us.

What about hosting?

Hosting is the rented space where your website lives, like a shop renting its premises. It is included in Opal Care and fully managed by us. There is nothing for you to set up. Your domain is registered in your name, so it is yours, and its yearly renewal is included in Opal Care too.

What does it cost in total? Is anything hidden?

Two figures, no third. The website: one payment of $250 USD. Opal Care, with your hosting and your domain’s yearly renewal included: $40 USD a month, first 32 days free, cancel whenever you want. You pay by card through Stripe, in your country’s currency: US dollars in the United States, Mexican pesos in Mexico, where the website can always be paid in 3 interest-free months with participating credit cards, at its regular price or with a discount. Add-ons are optional, and their prices are published right under the price.

What is Opal Care, and can I cancel it?

It is the hosting and maintenance of your site after launch: your domain’s yearly renewal, updates, backups, security, monitoring and repairs at no extra cost, plus one small change or adjustment free every month. Anything beyond that is a separate job ($30 USD per round of up to three changes). Yes, you can cancel it any time with one email, no penalty. Just know that without it your site goes offline unless you move it to your own hosting, and your domain’s renewal and management pass to you; the domain stays yours. We recommend keeping it: software nobody updates gets slow, breaks quietly or gets attacked.

How long does it take? What could make it longer?

2 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday, counted from the first step: when you confirm your domain and it is registered in your name (if you already have one, from when your brief and payment arrive). The exact time depends on our availability, that is, on how many projects we have at the time. If it takes longer than 5 business days because of us, you choose your compensation: 20% of your website back, or 2 months of Opal Care free.

I have no brand colours or fonts. Is that a problem?

Not at all, do not worry. If you do not have them yet, we develop your project and provide them: a colour palette and a type selection made for your business, which you can keep using on cards or social media. If you already have a brand, we follow it to the letter. Logo design and a full brand identity are not part of this service.

I do not have texts or photographs either.

The copy is ours to write, and it is included. Your own images always work best, but if you have none we source suitable material so the page never looks empty.

How many rounds of changes do I get?

One full round, free, once you see your finished site. After that, a round of up to three changes is $30 USD and a whole new section is $50 USD, always priced before we touch anything, so there are no surprise invoices. And while you have Opal Care, one change or adjustment a month is free.

Is the website really mine?

Completely. Once it is paid, the site, the copy and the images are yours, and the domain is registered in your name. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, we hand you the domain transfer code and a copy of your site files.

Will I appear on Google?

Yes. Your site is built so Google can find and read it, and we submit it to Google ourselves. If it is not on Google within 30 days of launch, we keep working on it at no extra cost until it is. That is the Google Guarantee. What nobody honest can promise is a position: that depends on your market and time.

Can I add a shop, bookings or automations later?

Yes, and your site is built to take them. Email automation, an extra section or small changes can be added any time from the add-ons, right under the price. Selling works by connecting an external store, payment link or booking system inside your page; it depends on what you sell and the platform, so ask us first and we will tell you straight what can be done.

How does email automation work, and what are its limits?

The plan includes up to 300 emails a day for $10 USD a month, and every email sent and received counts. If you get close to your limit or reach it, we let you know by email and offer you a bigger plan, or you keep yours. It is billed in the same monthly charge as Opal Care, never as a separate one.

1. Who you are contracting

Opal Graphic is the creative studio of Omar Cisneros, based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Every message about your project goes to and comes from contact@opalgraphic.com. Hiring the service means you accept these terms.

2. What the service includes

One Signature Website, built as a single page: structure and strategy, persuasive copywriting, a colour palette and a type selection where you do not already have them (it does not include a logo or a full brand identity), the full build, the registration of your domain in your name (or the connection of the one you already own) and launch. It also includes your first 32 days of Opal Care free and one free round of changes. Anything not described here, such as extra pages, an online shop, bookings, integrations, photography, printed material, advertising or ongoing content work, is not part of this price. The add-ons published on this site have their own prices (see 9); anything else is quoted separately.

3. What we need from you

A completed brief: it already asks for everything we need to build your site. If you want your own material on it, such as your logo, images or texts, you can add it in the brief or send it by email.

4. Price and payment

The website is a single payment of $250 USD (MXN $4,500 for clients in Mexico). You pay in the currency of the country you choose in the brief: US dollars for the United States, Mexican pesos for Mexico. In Mexico, the website can always be paid in 3 interest-free monthly installments with participating Mexican credit cards, at its regular price and also when a discount or promotional code applies; in that case it is charged on its own and Opal Care starts right after with the same card. Paying is the last step of the brief, and it is made by card through Stripe, which issues the receipt; card details are never seen or stored by Opal Graphic. In the same checkout you start Opal Care, which Stripe then charges automatically each month once the free period ends. Your project is confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment, and the delivery time is counted as explained in 6. Promotions and discount codes apply only to the website, once, under the conditions announced with them. Prices in Mexican pesos include 16% VAT (IVA).

5. Your domain and hosting

The domain is registered in your name, with the details you give in the brief, and it belongs to you. If you already own one, it stays where it is and we send you simple instructions to connect it. Hosting is included in Opal Care and managed entirely by Opal Graphic: there is nothing for you to hire or set up. When a new domain is registered, the domain registry emails you to verify your contact information. You must confirm that email: unverified domains may be suspended by the registry, and that is outside Opal Graphic’s control.

Domain included. Your Opal Care subscription includes registration and annual renewal of one standard domain (.com, .net, .org) in your name, while your plan is active. Premium domains and specialty extensions are not included. If your chosen domain turns out to carry a premium price at registration, we’ll contact you before registering it so you can cover the difference or pick another option. If you cancel Opal Care, the domain remains yours, but its renewal is no longer included: from then on, renewing it and everything about managing it are entirely your responsibility.

6. When work starts and delivery time

Work starts with the first step of the process: when you confirm your domain with the domain registry and it is registered in your name. From that moment, with your complete brief, your finished site is ready for your review within 2 to 5 business days; the exact time depends on availability, that is, on how many projects we have at the time. If you already own a domain, work starts as soon as we receive your payment and your complete brief. If you asked for the real-time booking calendar, the delivery time is counted from the moment you create your Cal.com account and give us the access we need (your API key, through the secure link we email you).

Delays caused on your side, such as missing or incomplete information, pending access or late replies, pause the count until they are resolved. Business days run Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Mexico.

7. Changes and revisions

One full round of changes is included: you review the finished site and send everything you want adjusted, together, and we apply it. After that, small changes to text, buttons or images are $30 USD (MXN $550) per round, and each round covers up to three changes; and a complete new section is $50 USD (MXN $910) (see 9). A change of direction once the work is built, or new features, are quoted and agreed before any work starts. While you have Opal Care, one small change or adjustment a month is free (see 8).

8. Opal Care

Opal Care is $40 USD a month (MXN $700 in Mexico), and your first 32 days are free. It includes hosting, the registration and yearly renewal of your domain (see 5), its management, security and maintenance, with updates, backups, monitoring and the repair of anything that stops working, all at no extra cost, plus one small change or adjustment a month (a text, a button or an image), which does not carry over to the next month if unused. It is required while Opal Graphic hosts your site. It does not cover further content changes, redesigns, new sections or problems caused by third parties changing the site. There is no minimum term: you can cancel at any time from your Opal Care portal (the “Manage Opal Care” link at the foot of this site and in your confirmation email, where you can also update your card and download your invoices) or by writing to us, with no notice period and no penalty; the service continues until the end of the period you have already paid. If Opal Care is cancelled or goes unpaid, the site loses its hosting and goes offline unless you move it to your own hosting, any email plan billed with it ends too, and the yearly renewal of your domain is no longer included: from then on, the domain and everything about managing it pass entirely to you. Your domain stays yours either way.

10. Guarantees

Total control: the site, its content and your domain are yours, and if you ever leave you take them with you (see 11). Security: while your site is on Opal Care, if it is hacked or knocked offline by a security problem, we restore it at no cost to you, from the most recent backup. Google: we submit your site to Google; if within 30 days of launch it does not appear in Google’s results (for example, when searching for your web address), we keep working on it at no extra cost until it does. This guarantee covers your site being on Google, not a particular position in its results (see 14).

11. Ownership and licences

The domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. The website, its content and its design, including the copy written for you and the images used in it, belongs to you once it has been paid in full. If you cancel Opal Care, we give you the domain transfer code and a copy of your site files, so you can take both wherever you like. Help moving the site to another hosting provider is not included and is quoted separately.

12. Your content

Whatever you send us, whether texts, logos, photographs or trademarks, you confirm you have the right to use. Opal Graphic is not responsible for claims arising from material supplied by you, nor for the accuracy of the information you provide about your business, prices or services.

13. Showing the work

Opal Graphic may show your finished website in its portfolio, its gallery and its social media, as an example of work. If you would rather it were not shown, tell us and it will not be, without any need to explain.

14. What cannot be promised

Your site is built to be found and read, and it will be on Google (see 10), but no one can guarantee a position in Google, a volume of visits or a number of sales: that depends on your market, your competition and time. Nor can Opal Graphic be held responsible for interruptions caused by the hosting provider, the domain registry, Stripe or any other third-party service.

16. Your data

What you write in the brief is stored securely by Opal Graphic, together with the date, time and IP address at which you accepted these terms, and it is used only to prepare and deliver your project, including registering your domain in your name with the contact details the registry requires. Payments are processed by Stripe and emails are sent through Resend, which never receives your brief, your address or your phone. Nothing is sold, rented or used for advertising. The full details, and how to exercise your rights, are in the Privacy notice.

17. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, mainly the Federal Consumer Protection Law, and any dispute is submitted to the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco. If you hire us from the United States or Canada, this does not take away the protections that the consumer laws where you live give you. If any part of these terms cannot be applied, the rest remains in force.

18. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect how the service works. The version that applies to your project is the one published on the day you hired it, and the date shown on this page tells you which that is.

19. Language

These terms are published in Spanish and English. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Omar Ávalos Cisneros, known publicly as Omar Cisneros, who runs the creative studio Opal Graphic, with address at Av. Reina Cihualpilli 30, Vistas del Pedregal, Tonalá, Jalisco, Mexico. For anything about your personal data, write to contact@opalgraphic.com.

2. What data is collected

From the contact form: your name, email and message. From the add-on form: your name, email, business, website and what you ask for. From the project brief: your name, email and phone; your business name, current website and social profiles; the email that should receive your site’s form; what your business does and what the site should achieve; your domain preferences; and, when a domain is registered for you, the legal owner’s name or company, email, phone and postal address. Also the date, time, IP address and browser with which you accepted the terms. Payments are made through Stripe: Opal Graphic receives the amount, the email used and whether the payment went through, never your card details. No sensitive personal data is requested.

3. What it is used for

To prepare, build, deliver and maintain your website; to register your domain in your name; to process your payment and your Opal Care subscription; to contact you about your project, including a few reminders if a payment was left unfinished; and to meet legal and tax obligations. These purposes are necessary for the service. Separately, and only if you tick the box in the brief, your name and email are used to send you occasional tips and updates. You can stop them at any time with the unsubscribe link or by writing to us, and it changes nothing about your service.

4. Who it is shared with

Only with the services strictly needed to provide yours: Stripe, to process payments; Resend, to send emails (it receives only your name, email, company, project or request ID, domain, status and email plan, plus the studio’s own notice of an add-on request, but never your brief, address or phone); the domain registry and registrar, which require the owner’s details to register a domain and may publish part of them in the public domain directory where no privacy protection is available; and Hostinger, where the site and its data are hosted. Some of these providers are outside Mexico. They act on Opal Graphic’s behalf. Your data is not sold, rented or used for advertising, and it is only disclosed to an authority when the law requires it.

5. How long it is kept

While your project and Opal Care are active, and afterwards for as long as legal and tax obligations require. Briefs and add-on requests that are never paid are deleted automatically after six months.

6. Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, ask for it to be deleted or object to its use (your ARCO rights), withdraw your consent, and limit how it is used. Write to contact@opalgraphic.com with the subject “Privacy request”, your name, what you are asking for, and a way to confirm it is you. Writing from the email you used in your brief is enough. You get an answer within 20 business days, and whatever is agreed is applied within the following 15. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can turn to the Mexican data protection authority.

7. Cookies and similar technology

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics. Your browser remembers your language choice and, while you fill in the brief or an add-on request, keeps a draft so nothing is lost; it stays on your device and is erased once your payment is confirmed or you press “Start over”. The fonts come from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them, and Stripe’s payment page uses its own cookies to keep payments secure.

8. How it is protected

Every page travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your brief is stored in a private area of the server that no web address can reach, and the studio’s panel is protected by a password and a limit on failed attempts. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

10. Changes to this notice

Any change is published on this page with its date. If a change affects how data you have already shared is used, you will be told by email. The services on this site are meant for businesses and are not directed to minors.

11. Language

This notice is published in Spanish and English. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.

The terms for general affiliates: people who receive a personal code and share it freely, without a specific commercial agreement. In plain language.

1. What the program is

The Opal Graphic Affiliate Program lets you recommend the Signature Website and earn a commission for every sale made with your code. Joining is voluntary and free: you join by accepting these terms through the personal link we send you, and your code is activated as soon as you accept them. We keep the date, time, IP address and version of the terms you accepted, together with your code. You can leave the program whenever you want, just by letting us know.

2. You are independent

As an affiliate you act on your own behalf. There is no employment relationship with Opal Graphic, and no exclusivity, quotas, schedules or subordination: you decide how, when and whether you recommend us, and you are free to promote other brands too. You are not an employee, agent or representative of Opal Graphic, and you cannot make agreements or commitments in its name.

3. Your code

Each affiliate receives a unique, personal code. Clients who use it get 20% off their website. You are free to use your own code for your own project. Like any discount, it applies only to the website, once, and it cannot be combined with other codes or promotions in the same payment.

4. Your commission

For each sale made with your code you earn $500 MXN if you are an affiliate in Mexico, or $30 USD if you are an affiliate in the United States.

5. When and how it is paid

We only pay commissions for sites that have already been delivered, once at least 7 days have passed since delivery. Payments are made weekly, by bank transfer to the account you give us. A sale that does not meet these conditions at a weekly cut-off simply moves to the next one.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If a sale is refunded or ends in a chargeback after its commission was paid, that commission is deducted from your future payments.

7. Your taxes

Each affiliate is responsible for their own tax obligations on the commissions they receive, under the laws that apply to them.

8. Rules of conduct

Recommending us is welcome; doing it in a way that misleads people is not. As an affiliate you agree to:

  • Share only truthful information, consistent with the service page. Never promise features, timelines, prices or results we do not offer.
  • Never present yourself as Opal Graphic, or create accounts, profiles or websites with its name or logo. You can mention it as an affiliate.
  • Not pay for ads that bid on the name “Opal Graphic” or its variations.
  • Not send spam: no mass or automated messages, and no messages to purchased lists.
  • Identify promotional content as such whenever it applies (for example, a sponsored post or a paid collaboration).

9. If the rules are broken

If these rules are not followed, Opal Graphic may revoke your code and withhold pending commissions.

10. Information and access

Affiliates have no access to Opal Graphic’s internal systems or to client information. You only receive the status of your own sales: paid, in progress, delivered and commission paid.

11. Special collaborations

Affiliates who have signed a collaboration agreement with Opal Graphic (for example, influencers) are also governed by that agreement, which prevails over these terms wherever the two conflict. Anything the agreement does not cover is governed by these terms.

12. Your data

To pay your commissions we need your name, contact details and bank details. How we use and protect them is explained in section 9, “Affiliates”, of the Privacy notice.

13. Changes to these terms

Opal Graphic may change these terms, always letting affiliates know in advance by email. Changes never affect commissions already earned.

14. Applicable law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. They are published in Spanish and English; if there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.

Isabel treats musicians: people who live from their hands, their breath and their posture. Her site had to earn their trust in seconds, feel unmistakably hers, and take the admin off her plate so she can spend her time with patients.

An identity that sounds like her

Everything starts from her brand: her cream, sky blue, teal and navy palette, an elegant serif with a clean sans, and her logo’s teal ribbon, which draws itself across a five-line music staff in the hero. The staff runs through the whole page, so a musician recognises their world before reading a word.

In “How I work”, the theme of Beethoven’s Ode to Joy is written as in the original score, and every note plays when you hover or tap it. A small detail that turns a visit into a moment people remember and share.

Booking without the back-and-forth

Her week sits right on the page: free times are clear at a glance, the patient taps one and the request reaches Isabel instantly. The calendar is built to sync in real time with her own agenda in Cal.com, so what patients see is always what she has.

How it works

  • Hosting is included and fully managed by us. There’s nothing for you to set up.

  • We register your domain in your name. It’s 100% yours.

  • Your site is delivered with security built in (SSL/HTTPS, protected forms, secure payments through Stripe).

  • Hosting, security and maintenance are covered by Opal Care ($40 USD a month).

  • If Opal Care is cancelled or stops being paid, your site will lose its hosting and go offline, unless you move it to your own hosting. Your domain stays yours. See Terms & Conditions for details.

Important: you’ll receive an email from the domain registry asking you to verify your contact information. Please click it within a few days, otherwise the domain can be suspended.

Your calendar runs on Cal.com, which is free. You manage your hours there and we connect it to your site.

  1. Create your Cal.com accountSign up with your Google account. Inside, set your hours and appointment types however you like. Open Cal.com
  2. Create your API keyIn Cal.com go to Settings → Developer → API Keys, create a new key with any name and turn on Never expires.
  3. Copy it and keep it safeCal.com shows it only once. It is private: please do not send it by WhatsApp or email.
  4. Send it to us securelyYour confirmation email brings an encrypted link to paste it, and only our team receives it. The link lasts 3 days and then deletes itself, for your security.
